Pastel de Nata Liqueur, our Ex Libris, and Salted Caramel Cream Liqueur, made with flor de sal from the Salinas de Rio Maior. Two 100 ml bottles, perfect as a gift, for a small toast or to discover the flavours of B.LÊM.

Pastel de Nata Liqueur

The aroma of Pastel de Nata, with cinnamon at its heart. Sweet custard cream, a citrus touch of lemon and cinnamon on the finish.

Salted Caramel Cream Liqueur

Sweet and salty in just the right measure, it recalls the caramel sweets of times gone by. With flor de sal from the Salinas de Rio Maior.

How to serve

Well chilled, in a small glass, alongside coffee or dessert.

What our customers say

How to drink a B.LÊM

  1. Well chilled

Keep the bottle in the fridge and serve it cold. Creams gain texture, ginja gains freshness.

  2. In a small glass

A small glass or a chocolate cup. A little, full of flavour, as tradition has it.

  3. At the end of the meal

With coffee, with dessert or on its own, in good company. That is how a Portuguese meal ends.
