By using the Shop and placing an order, the Customer declares that they are at least 18 years of age. The Shop may refuse or cancel orders whenever there is any indication that the purchaser or the recipient is a minor. Further information is available on our Responsible Sale page.

Photographs are for illustrative purposes only; in the event of any discrepancy, the information on the label of the product delivered shall prevail. All products are subject to availability.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT at the applicable statutory rate. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout, before the Customer confirms the order. The price applicable is the one shown at the time the order is placed.
Whenever a price reduction is announced, the previous price shown is the lowest price charged for the same product in the 30 days preceding the reduction.
5. Placing an order and formation of the contract
- The Customer selects the products, enters their billing and delivery details and chooses the shipping and payment methods.
- Before confirming, the Customer can review and correct all order details.
- The order is completed by clicking the payment button, which entails an obligation to pay.
- Once the order has been placed, the Customer will receive an email confirmation with a summary of the purchase. The contract is deemed to have been concluded upon that confirmation.
In the event of an obvious error in the price or description of a product, we will inform the Customer, who may either confirm the order on the correct terms or cancel it and receive a full refund.
6. Payment
The available payment methods are shown at checkout (for example, Multibanco, MB WAY and credit or debit card). Payments are processed through secure platforms, and the Shop does not have access to full card details.
7. Shipping and delivery
Shipping terms, delivery times and costs are set out on our Shipping and Delivery page. Unless otherwise agreed, orders are delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the conclusion of the contract. The risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to the Customer when the Customer (or a third party designated by the Customer, other than the carrier) takes possession of the products.
8. Right of withdrawal
A Customer who is a consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the date on which they receive the products, without giving any reason. The conditions, exceptions and procedure for exercising this right are set out on our Returns, Refunds and Warranty page.
9. Guarantee
Products are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity provided for in Decree-Law No. 84/2021. If the product delivered is not in conformity (for example, a broken bottle, a spoiled product or a product different from the one ordered), the Customer should contact us so that the problem can be resolved free of charge, in accordance with the law.
10. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
